All About Family is a non-medical home care agency providing personal assistance and companion care for short or long term care in Richmond and the surrounding counties. Established in 1999 by two women who had experienced the frustration and difficulty of finding dependable home care for their own family members, we never forget that every client is a special member of someone’s family.
Understanding our responsibility to provide assistance and support to families and individuals during normal and difficult periods, we strive to provide this care with compassion and caring. When clients and those that know our agencies expertise refer us to others, we feel we have succeeded in our goal to be much more than a business.
Our agency offers personal assistance and companion home care on a very personal level. We know our clients and their families, and we can respond to changing situations without interrupting care.
We hope this website will convey to you that we are an agency with very high standards and personalized services. We specialize in care for the elderly, but we have clients of all ages including pregnant women, new mothers and children. Always there when you need us, our telephone is answered by a member of our management staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are there when you need us and can schedule immediate care if required.
